Hi I have a friend that has a problem with his computer and can't fix it himself.I have a program that will allow me to fix it remotelly but never actually used it because it requires me to put in his IP to locate and connect to his machine.Problem is he knows little about computers ,just the basics. And I don't know a whole lot about connetion type stuff. I was wondering can anybody tell me how I can obtain his IP on my end. Someone did tell me to use netstat while uploading a file, but this seems to still give me the yahoo server IP I think. What I need is the Machine IP on his computer at least thats what I was told. Uf anyone can help that would be great thanks :?
