altenative methods for updating dynamic ip's

hoping for some idea's here.

I want to access my PC by making a FTP server and or using remote desktop connection.

this can be done by using an update client like dynDNS, however dynDNS is BLOCKED in China so I cannot use the client at all. as with other altenatives...

The two PC's are accessable by me to setup any software.
both are on windows XP sp2 [x86]

I was thinking of setting up a webpage and using that somehow

I have found two services available [in chinese only] for dyndns in china.

1st [testing it] is available at 3322.org this apears to be working....crossing my fingers!

2nd [untested] sundns.com

as mentioned earlier any other suggestions would be most welcome.
