As in - what is the IANA block of reserved IPs? Kinda confused by your question (sorry :S)

I think I can help out here..... Go to ftp://ftp.apnic.net/pub/stats/iana/ and pull down the ''delegated-iana-latest'' file. It's generated on a daily basis. If you look at the ipv4 records, you'll notice those records with a status of "ietf". Those records are blocks of addresses which have not been either directly assigned, or allocated to the various RIRs. Upon a cursory examination, you'll quickly recognize the reserved Class A, B, and C blocks, along with a myriad of others. All of those blocks are documented among the various RFCs in some way shape or form.
