First problem incounted...

Postby Support.scf.dk on Wed Jul 06, 2005 6:25 am

As this database is build over 256 cubes (tables) we have a problem...
ISP's also use's the last number in the IP add.
this means that for exsample : 62.243.185.0 to 62.243.185.47 is the same ISP.
But from 62.243.185.48 to 62.243.185.55 is another ISP...

This means that we have to have 65536 Cubes (tables) "IP4_xxx_xxx",
where as we now have "IP4_xxx"
or should we go with the original setup and then have 16.777.216 entries in each cube (table) "IP4_xxx" ????

Let me know...
