SQL Server Database

Postby StrangerInBeijing on Fri Jul 21, 2006 7:21 pm

I am new here...so, HI!

I allready got another database before which gives me the country of an ip, but i also would like cities (Most our visits are from inside China, so country alone does not help)
So I downloaded hostip_current.sql.gz (hostip_current.sql) but from this is a mysql script, which I dont know one little bit.

Is there any way I can convert this script and open in MS Query Analyzer, and run it?

Thanks

Take a look at the .csv files, mirrored at:

http://ftp.wayne.edu/hostip.info/csv/

It's a simple format that you can easily process (with a script) or load into a spreadsheet for further manipulation.
