SVN empty?

Hello; I perform an svn checkout and it seems almost empty, besides a few .php files. There is no readme to cat. The perl folder, which I was interested in, is completely empty.

Is something wrong?

We're migrating the API and other things over to some new formats... The database is still available, as always - and it's under either the 'updates' section or from one of the mirrors in full...
