Trying to locate an IP

Hi guys from Greece.
Beeing Administrator in a forum , i tried to locate an IP with a couple of different tools
I got some results which are not the same , concerning the location of the owner.
Here it is

62.1.241.26

with hostip.info every time got another result (about the location)!!!

i am getting another result

In each case, hostip.info is telling you it guessed because no city is assigned to the corresponding /24 netblock (62.1.241.0 - 62.1.241.255).

The last visible hop in the traceroute points to: bbras-ath-05.forthnet.gr

A reasonable guess from "-ath-" might be Athens, Greece. This is also happens to be where the ISP (FORTHnet) and 1/3 of Greece's population are located.

Isn't hostip supposed to pick up these things with its traceroute regex patterns from sarangworld?

I don't know what the current state of hostip's traceroute regexes are (i.e., how frequently does it sync with the Sarangworld patterns), but in my email exchange with Sarang, he replied that he's been too busy to keep the regexes up-to-date.

For example, Sarangworld currently lists only the following pattern for forthnet:
