It sounds like you're referring to the IP address of your computer.
If you're using dial-up, then it's as simple as hanging up and then dialing up again to your ISP.
If you're on ADSL or cable, you likely have a dynamically assigned IP ... in this case, power off your system (modem, computers, and router), wait a few minutes, and turn everything back on.
Disclaimer: in the above cases, your ISP may have a small pool of IP addresses available, so it's possible you may get the same IP address again, even after performing the above steps.
