to stop harassing comments in a public blog

hi, can anyone help me ??
i'm using the service by blogger.com
i've enabled anonymous commenting in my blog; exactly for those who want to comment negtive comments about my post etc.
i just want to locate some indecent bloggers who are commenting in my blog ; and also trying to stop harrasing other blogger-comments by anonymous bloggers

Blogger.com doesn't provide that feature. You could try turning on word verification and comment moderation as a deterrent.

An alternative is to edit your template, and change the 'comment' link to use a 3rd-party service, such as haloscan.com.

The wig’s cap is made entirely of French stock full lace wigs or Swiss lace (custom lace front wig may be ordered in French or Swiss front lace wigs). Strands are hand-tied to the lace. Knots are blended so they are not seen. The knotting technique allows natural hair flow for multi-directional hairstyling. The process of creating a Lace Wig takes approximately 30 to 45 days to complete.

The best alternative is to moderate all the users comments. Let them comment on your blog with the comments in pending. Then moderate/approve them one by one.
Or..register for blogspot for an account, but host the blog on your own servers. In this way you have all the control over the system, and you can implement some spam guards if case.
